The testimonials are coming in fast this month which is continued validation that our service levels remain high, but we are always looking at ways to improve what we do. The flowers in the picture were delivered to regulated adviser Alison Mitchell for her excellent work in securing a mortgage with The Mortgage Lender for the purchase of a brand new home. And only today another regulated adviser Leanne Halliday received the following testimonial by email for getting the clients' Second Charge paid out after a fairly challenging journey:
